Lust For Life

We have been doing the Lust For Life Programme this term. 

Today's Lesson was called 'I am in control.'

We learned about the fight, flight and freeze response. We learned about anchoring strategies that help us feel calm such as dragon breathing, bee breathing, shake it off, figure of eight breathing. 

We then used markers crayons and pencils to draw our feelings. We focused on the four big emotions of worry, anger, happiness and sadness.
