We have been learning about the Easter story in our Grow & Love lessons in Junior Infants and acted out The Last Supper (The passover) meal that Jesus shared with his friends and loved ones, we shared prayers, broke bread and shared juice while listening to the Easter story and thought about all the good things that Jesus taught us and how his kindness and love for others helps us in our lives each day.
In Art we got creative and made some Easter Chicks hatching from their egg, using paper plates, paints and some feathers to add some artistic flair.
We have been enjoying looking for all signs of Spring and we are looking forward to sharing a lovely Easter with our loved ones.
