For this Show and Tell that was part of our Literacy Week, the children were invited to bring their favourite book from home to share with the class. They talked about why they like their book, what the story is about, and who their favourite characters are.
Some children also brought a reading buddy to sit with them while they shared their book. This helped create a comfortable and encouraging atmosphere for speaking in front of the class.
