Timberrrrrrrrr! By Mr. Callan The bigger they are, the harder they fall! I’m sorry to report that the giant sunflower that started off as a tiny seed in a little pot on the windowsill last April has passed away. Before our giant sunflower went off to the the compost heap, we had some great fun
Week Four Back in Second Class! By Sandra Clayton We learned about the things in the house in Irish. Sarah got Pupil of the Week and Dylan got Gaeilgeoir na Seachtaine. We learned a poem called Windy Nights then we did Art and it was a picture of a windy night.
Our Third Week Back to School By Ben McPherson We made Dublin flags. We played beanbag games in P.E. Mr. Callan and Ms. Orme tried to get supporters for the All-Ireland match. We learned a new poem. We had a Pupil of the Week. We learned a new song. We made our own hats.
What we Learned in our Second Week Back at School By Antonio Borzelli Last week we made Shadow Creatures in Art. We had Gaeilgeoir na Seachtaine and Pupil of the Week. We went into the garden. We did Activities. We played “Deir Ó Grádaigh” in Irish. We did Irish dancing.
